Organic Coconut chips are made from the white flesh of coconuts. The flesh is dehydrated then crushed into fine pieces which are then sun dried for 48 hours. Coconut chips contain healthy fats such as lauric acid, fiber and protein. Coconut chips are longer, wider pieces of coconut unlike what you’ll find in a bag of traditional shredded coconut.
